「週刊少年サンデー」にて連載中の二階堂ヒカルの同名漫画をドラマ化。防衛大学校を舞台に描かれる、熱い男たちの青春物語。主人公・近藤勇美(本郷奏多)は、入学金・学費が免除されることを知り、防衛大学校に入学。新たな一歩を踏み出すが、入校式を終えると上級生たちの態度が激変し、厳しい指導が始まる。。Previously acclaimed for his essayistic documentaries, Philip Scheffner has now ventured into fiction.
