有着特殊工作经历的主妇伊佐山菜美，她的丈夫是现役公安警察，同时也在每日监视着她。二人改了名字搬到了珠海市开始了新生活。就在珠海市发现了新能源，为了保护海洋而阻挠开发的反对派，和以市长为首的推进派，两方斗争日益激化。而在新能源开发的背后，其实是俄罗斯和其他勾结国家的阴谋，公安潜入其中意图阻止。其实就在半年前，菜美因为某件事丧失了记忆。恢复菜美记忆就意味着要让相爱的二人遭遇生离死别。被过去困扰、被国家追查，菜美逐渐被卷入了风暴之中。。A group of passengers cross a river on a small ferry.
