1944年抗日战争期间，打入伪满林河警察厅任刑事科长的中共秘密情工人员唐飞，在地下党林河省委书记程国勋和苏联远东情报局局长格拉西姆的领导下，执行苏军远东情报局的“穆丹乌拉”谋略行动。唐飞潜入保安局结识了因国仇家恨而潜入的抗日民主分子蔡梦科长，继而以他的英勇机敏，获得了上司成田的信任，成为保安局的重要人员。但在远东情报局的内鬼，导致唐飞掉进了福原设计的陷阱，暴露了自己。苏共格拉西姆将军决定用一名重要的日本间谍交换唐飞，但唐飞不愿组织付出无谓的代价。最终在中共和苏联秘密情工人员的协助下，唐飞用其超人的智勇胜利完成了任务。。The first time Sarah tries drugs is the first time she goes out with Tim, who was a customer of hers in the Dew Drop Inn Cafe.
