少女马玉凤因藏毒罪名被判入狱半年，男友罗伯特指使她在狱中寻找杀死他大哥的女子Winnie，以便为其大哥报仇。第一次入狱的玉凤开始了被称为“第一茧”的狱中生活，同监室的女犯人“男人婆”性格跋扈欺凌新人，玉凤在遭男人婆殴打时幸被狱中著名的“疯大姐”救下，自此玉凤和疯大姐以及多话乐观的大肚婆结为好友。原来疯大姐即是Winnie，Winnie受吸毒的父亲拖累，不得不在欢场求生，百无聊赖中自己也染上了毒瘾，因一次偶遇，Winnie与卧底警察阿勇结识，二人坠入爱河，阿勇对毒瘾发作的Winnie不离不弃并计划与之远赴加拿大生活，岂料阿勇身份被揭发，导致Winnie杀死了罗伯特的大哥……。该剧讲述的是叶可与高中闺蜜纪之夏阔别多年后重逢，叶可正为了成为优秀的摩托车女赛车手而努力，与此同时，纪之夏也即将与未婚夫钟远展开新生活。之后，纪之夏因遭受钟远的家暴与纠缠离家出走，被叶可、唐晓、萧然等众人收留，从而展开一系列真实而灵动的故事。。“What is a woman to do in the current dating climate?
